\nin compliance with RA 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Law) do hereby
\ncommit to deliver quality public service
\nas promised in the Citizens\u2019 Charter.
\nSpecifically, we will:

\nMonday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

\nwithout noon break. We will not entertain fixers.

\nassistance desk to take immediate corrective

Serve efficiently with utmost courtesy from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM wearing prescribed uniform and Identification Cards, without noon break. We will not entertain fixers. Hear and act immediately on complaints within the day and provide complaint and assistance desk to take immediate corrective measures.
