Teodoro C. Pascua, Director General of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), together with Atty. Christine Pangilinan-Canlapan, Director IV of the Bureau of Legal Affairs and Supervising Director of the IP Rights Enforcement Office (IEO), paid a courtesy call on Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron today, September 16, 2026, at the City Mayor&rsquo;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joining Mayor Bayron during the meeting were members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, led by Vice Mayor Peter &ldquo;Jimbo&rdquo; Q.
